YI stores generated readings on the server so unlocked detailed reports, private result links, email delivery, and follow-up dialogue can be restored reliably. The browser keeps only lightweight reading identifiers for convenience.

When AI generation is configured, your question, optional context, and calculated hexagram data are sent to the configured model provider so the Eastern pattern can be translated into clear English guidance. When email delivery is configured, your email address, report, saved result link, and follow-up dialogue are sent to the configured email provider.

Feedback submissions may include rating, category, message, optional email, page path, and reading identifier. We use this information to improve English expression, professional grounding, product experience, and paid report structure.

Operational metrics such as reading creation, saved report views, model success or failure, and email delivery state are recorded without storing payment card data. Private result links should be treated like sensitive links because anyone with the link may open the saved reading while access is granted.

You may request deletion of personal data through the data deletion request page. Because this MVP has no user account system yet, deletion requests are reviewed manually before data is removed or marked complete.

Do not include passwords, account numbers, medical records, government identifiers, or information you do not have the right to share.
