YI offers cultural interpretation and reflective prompts based on the Plum Blossom I Ching tradition. An ancient Eastern pattern can help bring a difficult question into focus, but it does not promise a fixed outcome.

The service is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken after using the service.

Detailed reports are unlocked only when the server-side reading record has granted access. Client-side state, browser storage, or a copied report payload does not by itself grant permission to email, follow up, or open the detailed saved report.

Private result links are intended for the user who generated or unlocked the reading. Treat them as confidential. If you share a link, anyone with that link may view the saved result while access remains granted.

Payments are currently simulated or disabled in this MVP. Before real payments are enabled, billing, refund, chargeback, and cancellation rules will follow the policy described on the refunds page.

You may request deletion of personal data through the data deletion request page. Some operational or legal records may be retained where required to prevent abuse, handle billing disputes, or comply with applicable law.
